Method of application :
1 . Put machine at the table side .
2 . Fixing machine : turn locking button anticlockwise 90 degree .
3 . Cut the fruit into pieces , and freeze it for more than 12 hours ( under the temperature of -18℃ )
4 . Assemble the head of ice cream and rocker .
5 . Put the frozen fruit , and using pushing rod to push it . Then shake the rocker clockwise .
Remarks :
Do not turn anticlockwise .
